It is an understatement to define the Aquahawks as a successful athletic program. Coach Paul Winkeler and his coaching staff have built a culture and a program that ranks in the history books of Missouri and the Midwest.
Dubbed the “tomb” at the Goppert Rock Plex is home to the Aquahawks. From a rigorous training program to a supportive community and engaged alumni – being part of the Rockhurst Swim & Dive program is transformational to many.Â
The 2025 season resulted in a second consecutive State Runner-Up finish, the third in program history to go along with 15 State Titles. Aaden Lutman ’26 was the 200 IM State Champion and was one of four AquaHawk swimmers that earned four All-State honors in their four races.
The program holds voluntary spring and summer sessions and is a fall sport that holds try-outs at the beginning of each season. Contact Coach Winkeler with any additional questions.
