KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Rockhurst wrestler Xavier Clemons ’26 was voted the Culinary Virtue Week 8 Athlete of the Week.
Clemons combined to go 4-1 in his matches last week, including victories in both matches of Rock’s double dual against Ruskin and Fort Osage, and then went 2-1 at the Blue Valley Northwest Tournament to finish as runner-up in the 215 lb. division. Xavier, a senior captain, holds a record of 18-6 on the season.
The Rock wrestling team is set to compete at the Blue Springs South Invitational this weekend (Jan. 30-31).
